Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and manage hiring processes.
- Partner with hiring managers; refine JDs and scorecards.
- Run employer-branding and referral campaigns.
- Maintain ATS data and hiring analytics.
Requirements
- 2+ years in agency or in-house recruitment.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter/ATS tools.
- Strong stakeholder management.
