About the Role
Provide Tier 1–2 support for end-users and maintain core IT services.
Responsibilities
- Resolve tickets (hardware, software, accounts).
- Manage onboarding/offboarding and device setups.
- Maintain AD, M365/Google Workspace, and endpoint tools.
- Create knowledge-base articles and user guides.
Requirements
- 2+ years service desk/IT support.
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service.
- Familiar with ticketing tools and remote support.
