Guide squads to deliver value iteratively, embedding agile practices and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint ceremonies and backlog prioritisation.
• Remove blockers and coach on agile metrics.
• Partner with Product to define roadmap and OKRs.
• Promote DevOps and CI/CD best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years as Scrum Master/Agile Lead.
• Hands-on with Jira/Confluence.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent.
