Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and manage hiring processes.
• Partner with hiring managers; refine JDs and scorecards.
• Run employer-branding and referral campaigns.
• Maintain ATS data and hiring analytics.

Requirements

• 2+ years in agency or in-house recruitment.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter/ATS tools.
• Strong stakeholder management.
