About the Role
Drive people strategy across multiple business units, partnering with leaders on org design, workforce planning, and employee relations.
Responsibilities
- Advise managers on performance, ER cases, and policy.
- Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and engagement actions.
- Analyse HR metrics (turnover, absence) and propose interventions.
- Support change programs and TUPE where applicable.
Requirements
- 4+ years HR generalist/HRBP experience.
- Strong ER, coaching, and UK employment law knowledge.
- CIPD Level 5+ (or equivalent).
