Coordinate hospital or clinic administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and excellent patient service.
Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records.
- Handle billing, insurance claims, and payments.
- Liaise between patients, doctors, and nurses.
- Maintain compliance with data privacy standards (HIPAA/PHIPA).
Requirements
- Diploma in Healthcare Administration or similar.
- 1–2 years of administrative experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office and EMR systems.
